Too many people still live shorter, harder lives simply because of their race, gender, or where they were born. This isn’t a resource problem, it’s a policy problem.
At Policy/Strategy Group, we share the ambition of our clients to move from intention to action. We exist to design bold, evidence-based strategies that dismantle structural inequality and deliver real-world results.
How We Work
We approach every engagement as a collaboration. Our role is to:

- Design and manage evaluation and learning frameworks that drive accountability.
- Support co-design and implementation, embedding delivery into strategy.
- Convene and facilitate dialogues and partnerships to co-create solutions and amplify impact.

We are a Global South–led advisory collective, founded and operated by women and spread across three continents. Our expertise blends lived experience with technical rigor in:

All of this is underpinned by our commitment to undoing racism and structural discrimination — what we call the missing SDG 18.

Our Commitment
We are here to help set the world back on track. On the present trajectory, the world will achieve zero of the 169 SDG targets by 2030. We see this as unacceptable. We see this as a call to action.
